“Banitsa” Cookery Class

Following the cooking session, sit down for a homemade lunch in the company of your hosts, including Deshka and the village grandmothers, whose warmth and storytelling bring the past to life. As you share a meal crafted from time-honored recipes, you’ll experience the deep sense of community that defines rural Bulgarian life. In the afternoon, you will return to Kovachevitsa, where the remainder of the day is yours to unwind.
