Get ready for a hands-on experience that’ll have you mastering the art of creating empanadas., rounded off with a mouth-watering lunch . Try your hand at making Argentina’s most famous street food, the empanada. You’ll learn about the different types of filling, and perfect your crimping skills, too. This cookery class is perfect for families and groups of friends, and can be enjoyed at Montecarlo. Sample Menu Federal Empanadas Tasting trio of meat empanadas (meat cut with a knife), cheese empanada and olives and humita,  baked and fried to discover the different flavors.  Served with spicy rocoto sauce Torrontes wine from Salta, Calchaquíes valleys Main dish Patagonian lamb with fennel, carrots and potato roti  Pinot Noir or Merlot wine from Fin del Miundo reserve Dessert tasting of regional classics Coffee or dessert wine Duration: 4 hours.
