Today you will leave the beaches and travel back to the Central Valley to the Xandari Resort & Spa. To head back from the Nicoya Peninsula, you will be picked up by our driver and private transportation to the Puerto Jimenez airport for your flight to San José. Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and driven to your accommodation. The remainder of the day is yours at leisure to enjoy the surroundings and facilities on offer at Xandari for the last day of your vacation. Set in a secluded forest sanctuary featuring winding rivers, five breathtaking waterfalls, and 2.5 miles of scenic trails—perfect for hiking, birdwatching, and appreciating nature. There are three stunning pools to choose from, each offering a unique view of lush coffee plantations. Opotionally there are a variety of natural wellness treatments at the Spa Village, where private jalapas with hot tubs provide a serene retreat overlooking the forest and valley at 3,900 feet.
